Shipping Costs
All orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 USD. Orders above $100 will receive free shipping.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing time the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Taxes and Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are fully covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional charges due upon delivery.
In the rare event that a carrier or local customs authority contacts you regarding fees, please reach out to our support team and we'll resolve it on your behalf.
While customs processing times are determined by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays, we handle all customs-related charges so you don't have to.
Order Cancellation
